Post Surgery
You will not be able to drive home; please make arrangements for a responsible adult to drive you home. We will be happy to arrange a taxi for you if required (NB. Other forms of public transport e.g. buses are not suitable following surgery).

Evening: 19:00 – 20:00
Opening Time is 24 hours for the hospital
Nursing Pre-admission Information
Prior to coming to hospital you are also required to complete the “Patient History Form”. If you would like assistance with completion of this form or have concerns or special needs regarding your admission, please phone the Pre-admission Clinic Nurse.
